It happens ..... We all have those some things in our lives that we feel like never sharing them. Then what do we do? We think of the ways to hide those problems or unshared feelings. Because we think, people will misunderstand us, so why to disclose them. Better we keep it to ourselves. But that doesn't mean, we won't tell anyone. Because everytime, it cant be a 'body', it can also be a 'thing'.
What I feel is if it's not a person, its a diary. I share everything with my personal diary. It hides all my stuff and doesn't show any disgust to my feelings! Whatever they may be, the low, the highs, the sighs, the cries... Writing actually helps to get me out of that puzzled situation. Though its a one way communication and it wont offer you a solution. But if we look the other way round, it does help a lot. When you write something, you start thinking about it at a deeper level. Eventually, it leads you towards self introspection. Writing is like a psychological practice that helps in rejuvenating the mind.
