What's wrong?

I have become a person I m not,
This wasn't the life for which I had fought!

Into pieces, my soul is breaking down,
What's left? Anger, guilt, regrets and frown.

I can see a bifurcated road in front of my eyes....
Where would it take me?
To the world of bliss or to the world of lies?

Where would I like to go?
Back in the painful past or towards the frolicking future?

My beautiful present is bidding me a goodbye,
And my past looks at me with a tempting hi!

I m not liking this at all,

To lift me from the great fall.

With constant alarms.
